Where these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict on a matter within the scope of that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer of services, a quotation, or a guarantee of specific results. Specific service scope, pricing, deliverables, and service levels are defined only in a signed agreement between Oberon and a client.
